Here are a few of the question we are commonly asked:

Where are you based?
Bubbly Circus is based in Haverhill Suffolk, on the Essex / Cambridgeshire boarder. Travel costs to parties and events is inclusive within a 20 mile radius.
What is your availability?
We work all days of the week including evening. Please call or email to check availability for your party/function.
Are you insured for public events?
We have full public liability cover up to £2,000,000.
Do you have a CRB / DBS check?
I hold an enhanced DBS check issued in 2019 and am also part of the DBS update scheme. This means that my DBS is checked on an ongoing basis and that clients can go online to check this certification for themselves at:- www.gov.uk. Please contact us for more details.
Why do you not provide balloons to children under 3?
Small children have a tendency to suckle balloons which is unhygienic. The major concern however is choking on the latex of a broken balloon. For this reason we do not hand out balloon models to very young children.
How long does a balloon model last?
Latex balloons do deflate over time. The models are at their best on the day they are made but will remain reasonably inflated for several days. After this time parts of the model will start to slowly deflate, expect your model to last from 4 to 7 days before it starts to look saggy. For gifts and commissions we can add hi-float to extend the inflation time and also spray the models with balloon shine so they keep their sparkle. Please ask about this when making your request.
Are your balloons bio-degradable?
All our balloons are biodegradable, and will deflate and rot away over time.
Do all the children at a party get a balloon model?
We provide every child at a party with at least one balloon model and more if time permits. More involved models can also be pre-purchased for a party for the birthday child or as gifts for the children at the end of the party.
I see that you draw faces on the balloons, will the ink come off or can it get on your hands or clothes?
No, we specifically choose our pens in order to ensure that this will not happen even if the balloon is deflated.
Are balloons really good entertainment at an adult event?
Balloon models at adult events work very well, from evening dinner funtions to student balls, Mr. Bubbles's walk-about and table to table work is always funny and enjoyable. All the ladies at the table receives a cute model and our feedback is excellent. Mr. Bubbles's large scale models are excellent to finish off a wedding reception or corporate event.
